Hi I hope that you are all well, Things have been a bit busy with work and other stuff I remember that i must post on the forum then I forget.

I'm still running I got out yesterday first time in ten days and ran 5k in 35 mins, I wasn't bothered how long it took me I just was going to enjoy the moment. I also went out a few times around 1st September which was my 2 year runanniversary of the day I started C25K, when I think back to that first minute on gentle jogging to now, I have come on a really long way, I'm no gazelle, though I haven't left if longer that two weeks because after that you begin to lose any gains that you've made. I'm off on a bit of a break soon and I aim to do a couple of 5k then.

Keep up the good work.
