1st Timer

Hello all,

I just finished week 7 and I feel super excited. I recall my first 2 weeks and a 5 minute run seemed like the world was going to end. Now I’m breezing through 25minutes and I feel like I wanna keep going.

sure there are times when I want to give up, but I just keep pushing myself to go on saying I can do this whilst listening to BBC playlist. Today was one of those days. I almost stopped 20minutes into my run, maybe because I was running uphill. But I made it. And to anyone out there reading this. Trust me you can do this!!!
