First run in ages....

I completed C25K last year, then it got too cold for me, then I got into swimming, then summer was too hot so........ finally, I did a short run last Saturday. I thought I'd maybe manage a few minutes .... I actually ran for 11 and felt quite comfy. Seems I haven't lost all my fitness after all. Yay!

Well done for getting back out there. Seems the swimming has acted as some good cross-training
