So I just finished my second run of week 2 and feel great (even with perineal tendinitis in my left ankle/calf).

I’m trying to keep a pace between 6.5 and 7kph. I was able to get a distance of 2.8 kilometres in my 30 minutes and super excited about that 🥳

Well done Punkmummy ! Please forget about pacing by numbers though, it's really not important for C25K. You need to be running, or more accurately jogging, at a comfortable pace that enables you to speak full sentences without gasping.

Btw you mentioned a pace between 6.5 and 7kph. Do you mean a pace of between 6:50 and 7:00 minutes per km, or a speed of between 6.5 and 7km per hour? They're not the same thing: pace is the number of minutes it takes you to cover a kilometre, whereas speed is the number of kilometres you cover in an hour.

Have fun as you continue C25K!
