I just completed my first run from week 2 and I feel great. I’m not the fastest but that will come with time I’m sure πŸ˜ŠπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ🏻

Well done Punkmummy on completing week 1 and run 1 of week 2 of C25K, you don't need to be fast, the main thing is to enjoy your runs, you can repeat any runs or weeks if you wish, no running on consecutive days as that could cause an injury, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, I wish you good luck for the remaining runs.

Well done.

C25k is not meant to be undertaken at speed.

Counterintuitively, it is an easy conversational pace running that builds your stamina and endurance, not fast running.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done, we celebrate slow running right here, it’s not about speed it’s all about keeping going for the time πŸ˜€
