i did c25k in lockdown and was amazed but since losing my job, I've lacked motivation and put on loads of weight. Hoping to start again this week in the hope to feel better about myself but slightly nervous I'll stop and give up which will make me feel worse.

Well done for making the decision to start, at least this time you know you can do it. Just take it one run at a time, good luck!
