So to celebrate my 56th birthday (how did those years fly by) I decided to start C25K again. Doing this mainly to support my partner James as he returns to exercise after having a stent fitted 2 months ago.

And what a beautiful morning I chose for this. Got out early before it gets too warm but still the sun was shining. It's been 6 months since I've been running so definitely not running fit although have been doing other exercise so not as unfit as when I first did this 6 years ago. But hey no speeding fines were given either!

Here's to the next 9 weeks!
