Hooray finished this run today. It was a slow trot all the way but I was determined to finish no matter the speed. The best advice I can give anyone who is a newbie on this journey do not worry about the speed just breath and keep moving and you will get there. If I can then anyone can 😊

Congratulations to you Swimming 24 on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.

Thank you AlMorr I still find it hard to say I am a runner but I am very happy with my achievement so far. Best of all I have inspired 2 members of the family to start. I am sure they will steam through it so I am glad I am a few weeks ahead of them. Thank you for all the support.

Well said Swimming24 ! I love a good 'ole slow trot. Still faster than a couch!

Thank you MrsLydiaWickham I am happy to keep moving and stay injury free. I’ve had a word with the couch and it knows not to compete with me🤣
