Just to let the world know that today I did my W1R1 after being off for six long months with Long Covid. I only completed half the run as I didn't want to push myself back towards fatigue, a critical caution to bear in mind when recovering from Long Covid.
However all went well and way better than when I started C25K back in March 2020. So I'm a lot better than I thought and now looking forward to my next run.
I've been on a course of supplements for three weeks as suggested by a colleague of mine who suffered with ME for years and they definitely made a huge difference to me.

Huge well done you... slow and steady, ( yes, still beginning on about it ), and you will be fine. So, so many folk repeating and returning after the horrors of the last two years.
The good bit though? You know you will do this, you know what is coming...no pressure and nothing to prove.
Just heal slowly and know that you are amongst friends here.!
