I didnโt manage to run 5k I made 4.33km in 32 minutes. I donโt know if thatโs good or not but Iโm so happy to have made it through the program. I will definitely need Laura in my ear for my next few runs!
Next goal is to reach 5 k. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ค๐ป

Yay!!! Congratulations ๐ฅณ ๐ ๐โโ๏ธ Such a great achievement.
Stick at 30 minutes for a few weeks to consolidate everything youโve achieved and then you can start building towards the 5k. Thatโs a great future goal to have. Enjoy what youโve achieved now-youโre a graduate! ๐ฉโ๐
Itโs goodโฆ but the graduation is awesome! Today is Happiness Happens Day tooโฆ seems a good day to close out the plan! Congratulations, celebrate well and enjoy all your future running adventures
Take it from me that's brilliant, it's about time not distance but I guess we're pre-disposed to always want to get somewhere faster. Until we realise maybe that's not always the point....... and there are so many variables to impact on pace. After 5 months of running I have increased pace without that as an objective, it comes with time I guess ๐
Sounds very similar to my experience, so after I graduated I consolidated for about a month, running 3 runs of 30 mins each week. Then I took the plunge of my first parkrun, which I ran/walk in about 36 minutes. After a few weeks though I was able to run all the way, such a great feeling too. 31 parkruns now and counting so good luck.
