You will not really loose fitness in the first 2 weeks and after that it will be gradual .I had 18 days off during week 8 and then completed the next run without any problems.

I actually went out not sure how long I would run and just took it 10 minutes at a time .

You will likely surprise yourself , just keep it slow .

Pick up where you left off. If it doesn’t feel good then go back a bit Either way is fine 😀👍. Week 6! Well done 🙂💪

I was thinking about week 6 r1 as it still has intervals.

You’re in charge and there’s no right or wrong. Give it a try and see how it goes. Have fun 😃

As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.

If you do have a longer break, all any of us can do after a lay off is to go out for a gentle run and see what we can comfortably manage, then use C25k or something similar to rebuild stamina and resistance to injury.
