I finished couch to 5k a year bad a half ago - never considered myself a runner but I quickly loved it. I finished my last run as I was 5 weeks pregnant with my second daughter….

My original hope had to be to consolidate and keep up the running through pregnancy as long as possible but morning sickness put a stop to that almost immediately

so here I am! 5 months post partum, and a whole new level of tired. Did my first run today! My body felt heavy (in a non existent muscle way, not a concerning way) but I went slowly (imagining that old Japanese man in the video that gets circulated) and the run went quickly!

Excited to be starting again but I shall need motivation to keep at it. And if someone can send me the links to the pre and post run stretches I’d be very grateful!

You'll find motivation in bucket loads you just supply the willpower and energy, those stretches you'll find on the first page of the forum I've bounced you a screenshot of the page so it's familiar
