Finally!

I will start week 8 on Wednesday after this horrible hot spell. I ran for 30 minutes on the last run of week 7 - should I just carry on doing that now? Have I graduated do you think?

It’s taken me soooo long to get up the motivation and confidence to do this exercise and now I wish I could turn the clock back and start it May years ago x

Anyway, I’m keeping it up now and adding in more different exercises - who even am I now?!!!

Take care everyone x

Please stick to the programme!Pushing ahead is very likely to result in an overuse injury that can and often does stop people in their tracks for days , weeks and even months .

Follow the programme and take care

For the reasons given by Instructor57 , please go back to the runs you're supposed to be doing Hidden .

Fwiw you're considered to have graduated when you've done three 30-minute runs, usually over a period of a week.

True! Though I'd hoped that would be taken as read since we'd both said to go back to the runs in the plan.

(I'm not a real C25K graduate because I started with week 3.)
