Wow I have never been here before – I think my previous best was week 5 day 3 (once). It went well. I kept it really slow, and last week I just did some easy short walk/jogs as a week off. Today I feel fine, thank goodness, as I had some knee pain last week – think I slept in an awkward position and set it off, but it’s fine today. Never thought this would happen, but I am actually looking forward to the 25 mins at the end of week 6! For the first time it felt ‘normal’ today to just carry on jogging as Laura popped in less, and I found my mind drifting off and thinking about other things as I was running. And I feel so good for the rest of the day! Sorry to go on :0) Happy running all.

I felt exactly the same last week in week 6 just wanting the intervals to stop so I could do a continuous one, so much better (and I felt like a proper runner for the first time too 🏃‍♀️😂👍🏻) good luck on your run 3, I’m just 2 runs ahead of you and took it much slower today which was better but then had a slight incline for the last 5 mins which nearly killed me 🙈
