Just a bit of positivity for anyone struggling, I started the C25K in January and graduated a few months ago and still running and also lost over a stone in weight. I do cheat because I run on a treadmill but have got into a habit now and run 3x per week and can run for over 4 miles :) DONT GIVE UP, you can do this and it’s DOES WORK! happy Saturday x

Pleased to see others say it's not cheating too. It's different and in some ways I find it harder because you can't change your route etc. But it was a great post to read. Well done. 👍🏻🤸🏻‍♀️

Well done and on the weight loss. I have put 7lbs ON whilst running and I'm not eating any more than I did, must be my age . Happy running

Treadmill or outside or underwater. Well maybe not underwater but whatever works right. I have taken on and ignored and taken on all sorts of advice but as long as I keep running I score it all as a win.

I know it can present challenges but outside does give you the option of adventures which is not to be sneezed at. Who doesn’t love an adventure
