Pleased and proud that I have just run W9R3 for the second time, 3 years after the first time. Took longer than the programme 2 months but not really worried about that. Now I feel motivated to move on, but I have a feeling that 10k is going to be a big challenge at age 64...

Congratulations on your 2nd time graduation 🎊🏅There are lots of over 60's running 10K distance.. if you keep on steadily I'm sure you'll be another 👏👏👏
Big challenge yes.. but wasn't C25K 🤩
Well done on completing the program again 👍10k at 64 will be fine , I did my first 10k around 63/64 year old (Started running at 63)
Have a look at this 10k plan on the Bridge to 10k forum.

Happy running
Not at all, I can even get one up on my friend Instructor57 ! ( I am only joking); I was 67 when I did my first 10K .... and my first HM at 69...
You, my friend are going to be just fine You are in great company here !
A HUGE well done to you!
Well done! You will be able to do 10k - but for now, just enjoy consolidating those 30 minute runs!
Congratulations! That’s a great achievement. Personally, I found building from 5km to 10km much easier than getting to 5km in the first place. There’s no rush-consolidation first. Enjoy!
👏🏻👏🏻Congratulations!
