Problem with app

I've tried checking the settings on my phone but the app doesn't work. The trainers voice just doesn't appear after a while. Really frustrating

Sorry, not heard of this problem before , all I can suggest is re installing the app , if that doesn't work then message the app developer on your download site

The app is decidedly flakey and there is the alternative of the old school podcasts, a link to which you can find in this guide to the plan, which is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
