Well that’s the first week done. I’m quite pleased with myself. It’s been tough but not like when I did C25K a few years ago. Looking forward to week 2 now. Onwards and upwards 🏃‍♀️

If it is tough, then you may still be pushing too hard.

Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.

Counterintuitively, it is an easy conversational pace running that builds your stamina and endurance, not fast running.

Say this sentence out loud to yourself "Am I going slow enough to enable me to speak this sentence in one out breath?" If you cannot, you are going too fast.

I do run very slow, it’s just when I’m coming to the last bit I tire a little like everyone else. My snail 🐌 is keeping me company whilst I plod along 😂 Roll on week 2 x

Well Done, yes when I re did c25k it helped knowing that you have done it all before. Keep going and beat the speedy 🐌 👍

I will, I’d forgotten how great it feels after exercising. I keep telling myself that it’s doing me good lol 😂
