Incredible, never thought I could do it but I've just completed the first run of the infamous week 5. I did as you lovely people advised and carried on rather than redoing week 4 and it was fine, challenging of course (it's never easy) but definitely do-able. I must stop overthinking every increase and just trust the process. 😃

Amazing, I’m at about the same point , just finished run 3 week 5 , thought I’d never be able to run for 20 minutes, I was stretched at every new week, trust the process. If you have managed all the previous runs the science says you can do it!! Keep going , and hopefully we will both be celebrating our 30 min run very soon . Xx

Well done! I was feeling really nervous about the wk5r3 and completed it by totally trusting the programme and myself, I actually found my run yesterday (wk6r1) harder and it had breaks in (strange) - we will do this and complete the programme!
