W6r2 dodging the showers and dog walkers..

Well, that went well, me and Slinky were out earlier this morning missing the showers, and got 2 records, fastest mile and km.

So, that's a natural occurrence of my increasing running fitness, getting back to my previous fitness of a few years ago, good to see that, so am very pleased and looking forward to the next 25min run.. 😊

Brilliant, well done. I did the same run this morning. It wasn't fast, it wasn't pretty but I completed it fairly comfortably. I did have to speed up to overtake someone who was briskly walking 😳🤣🤣
