Still here, still plodding on. I've not posted much recently but I've been keeping my eye on everyone, reading your posts, smiling at some, shedding tears at others ❤️

How things have changed in this last 12 months! I've more than halved my asthma meds, I've lost some weight. I'm no longer out of breath when I run up the stairs. My husband and I spend more time together walking/running. I'm the healthiest I've been in a long time and fingers crossed stayed injury free 🙂

Here's to the next 12 months. Keep running and keep smiling 👍

Aw, that’s amazing to hear. I love hearing people’s stories about what happened after graduation. Yours is wonderful, not only for the health benefits and the running but for allowing more time in your relationship with your husband. Wishing you similar wonderful things for your next running year.

Thank you ❤️ we've been together 21 years and have 3 boys, 2 still at home! The boys leed us a merry dance with all their social activities, one is at air cadets and the other swims competitively. It's hard getting time together but this running malarkey has given us something in common apart from the kids. If we aren't running, we are walking. C25K was the best thing to happen to me/us for a long time. Thank you for taking the time to respond. This community is like a little (big) family.
