First 28 min run βœ”οΈπŸƒβœ”οΈ cannot quite believe it. Honestly I never thought in my life I would be able to run 28 min continuously. The end seems to be in sight now πŸ˜€

Well done! Weeks 7, 8 and 9 are the final straight now, with the finishing line in sight.

I always say that Weeks 1, 2 and 3 are the gentle foundation weeks, with Weeks 4, 5 and 6 being 'bridge' weeks that get you through to continuous running - crack those and you're on your way. The only issue then is pacing yourself properly.
