Achilles pain
Sorry to see you had no replies yet - none of us are medical experts, but lots of us have experienced running injuries. Did you stop the run when you felt the pain? And does it still hurt now?The usual advice would be to rest it, ice it, and try a gentle run in a few days. Don't run through pain - if it still hurts, have a break from running for a week or two.
It might be something as simple as your running shoes not supporting your feet properly. I have a pair of running shoes that I now only wear for walking, because my Achilles starting hurting in them. A different pair of shoes and the pain disappeared. Have you been properly fitted for shoes and had a gait analysis done? Some running shops will do this for you. It worked for me. Turned out I needed stability shoes to stop me rolling over on my foot.
Also, have a look on the strength and flex site, there are some gentle foot and ankle strengthening exercises that may help you. Good luckš
