I think it's better 2nd time around? There's none of this, "Can I do this"? You know you can and run with a completely different mindset. Just completed W6 R3.
Absolutely! You can enjoy without the anxiety. I also loved doing the Magic plan three times. These rhythms of having periods with less running and then training back up again, they are all part of the parcel that is running!
Excellent. And you know you can do it so that will hopefully help with the mental side of things which I personally find tougher than the physical side (even though Iβve run before).

I think the second time around I had to keep reminding myself Iβd done it once I could do it again and I did. Slow, no such thing itβs your pace and if it feels good it the right pace
