You’re so close to the end of the programme. Onwards. You’ll be done before you know it.
Well done. Just try to relax into these lovely longer runs now. The newly forming running legs know exactly what they are doing.
All you need to do is keep up some core strength and stamina work, on some of your rest days, ( the rest of your running body needs to keep up with the legs), and then just enjoy.
No need for pressure, you are heading for that podium, where we will all be waiting to cheer you home.
Lost mojos are normally found in your running shoes when you step out of the front door while wearing them.
You are doing so well, some runs we all struggle but fight through and keep going determination is everything.
Must be a week 8 run 2 thing … struggled through mine this morning. Weird how exactly the same run can be as close to enjoyable as a run gets on one day, and feel like purgatory on another 🤔 We did it though!! Yaay! 💪🏻🙌🏻👊🏻
