I've seen a couple of questions about this. HealthUnlocked are currently working on an update to our profile pages (see image for an example of what they're aiming at), and we've been seeing some problems (particularly yesterday) with pages not loading, and with people being unable to access their communities.

I had a small gliich yesterday afternoon around 3 o'clock, they asked me for a password, then a message came up "not known", then I remembered that the people at Healthunlocked were updating things, by 4.30pm everything was working OK.
