Hi folks I haven't posted for a while as I've been struggling with the menopause and was feeling under par π Anyhow, started at week 5.run 1 last week again and this week, week 5 run 2 but I'm not feeling any good until the second run..... Should I warm up more. I feel good on the latter? Thanks in advance. π
