Hi folks I haven't posted for a while as I've been struggling with the menopause and was feeling under par πŸ˜• Anyhow, started at week 5.run 1 last week again and this week, week 5 run 2 but I'm not feeling any good until the second run..... Should I warm up more. I feel good on the latter? Thanks in advance. 😁

There is a link in the guide to the plan to dynamic stretches which are an ideal way to extend your warm up.

Try the dynamic stretches in the link before you start the session.

I have recently started dynamic stretching as well as the warm up walk and I dont experience that toxic 10 anymore and settle into my run easily...
