Tales from the treadmill (night time runnings)

Somewhere Somehow the day ran away with itself, I eventually caught it back up well into the evening, but darkness doesn't stop the night time treadmill runner oh no, he simply flicks the light switch on 💡🙂🤓.

What I learned today 🥵 it's hot aboard the moving floor Machine pheweeeeee but more than chuffed to actually manage a comfy 5k run, not a overly fast, but!! Well paced and comfortable which was the aim! It's nice to have that assistance with pacing .

Mission achieved!

I have a fan set up next to mine now which certainly helps 🙂
