After completing C25K, about two years ago, I carried on doing 5K’s 3 times a week, with at least one 10k a month, until I had to change my job, and I got too tired after my shift to do anything but sofa surf! 😂
Anyway, I decided last month to start again, but not right from the beginning as my job is 5hours of walking a day, plus I cycle still so not been totally sofa surfing! But I started at week 5, which was too much too soon 😞 so last week I started week 3, run 3, which was much more agreeable and today in the somewhat chillier weather with mist and fog I went out and did week 4, run 3, and it felt good, looking forward to getting back to running 5k again 😁

Well done! I’m also redoing the C25k journey, but from week 1 after having spent almost 3 month on the IC due to metatarsal issues and a stint of covid thrown in as well.
It’s great redoing the journey, as my confidence levels are so much higher than the first time around. Same but different.
