Our LPA running group did our 5k run today. Everyone’s run was timed. We all did so well, some emotions for some due it being Mother’s Day. Others have their own personal battles but we all did it and our group leader bought donuts snd medals to celebrate!

I did c25k just before covid lockdown. However, although I am a little plumper compared to last time, my time today was 36 mins and was a PB, so I am really pleased with myself right now!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Must have been the Bryan Ferry music playing on my iPod that made the difference!

I just need to make sure i keep this running fun going! May join the local running group who supported us all today for our special run! They are offering taster runs for us this week to try. I’ll be there!! 👍🏻

Thank you. It was a little graduation for the group but to fully graduate I still want to do the two other runs for week 9. By was really pleased with my time. The local running group are organising 2 taster runs for us to try for this week, so plan to do those and then I will pick up the virtual graduate trophy👍🏻🏆 Btw I do like your posts, they are really useful and full of helpful tips.
