Hi all. Eased back in to C25K after fall and cracking bone in elbow. Did week 1 run Monday, week 2 run on Wednesday and week 3 on Friday. Went well till app paused half way through third run on Friday, not for the first time. Ran 4 minutes instead of 3. But who’s counting. Pick up week 4 next week and then I’ll be back where I was. Keep safe.
