Lovely run this morning and I’m half way through the programme (so Denise is telling me)! This time around it has been harder to stick to 3 runs per week but I am learning to do what I can on the days that I can. It’s so tempting to push but my health (and particularly navigating the sometimes choppy seas of peri-menopause) has to come first. When I am back to running 5k three times a week I know I will be glad I took my time.

Pics taken on the start/end point if my main run route and the magnolia tree is on my walk home - aren’t they magnificent trees? Who wouldn’t want to run when we have blue skies and magnolias 😊
