Started back this morning W1. Had got to W6 but on two tries have not gone beyond this due to injury or pain. Fingers crossed third time lucky

Just finished w1d1 also got up to 5k last summer also. Made it through today!

Well done. I’m doing the same today. I got to week 6 Run2 and had to stop. Quite annoying as thought I was preparing and sufficiently stretching, hydrating and all of the above.. But I’m going back to basics and if the running is a problem, I’ll have to be content with walking.

Hi thanks. Think you learn new things each time. This time I’m going to do more strengthening exercise especially for my knees. We will get there!
