Week6 completed with 25 minute run. Doing the C25K on 5k park-runs. I feel amazing and could never have believed I could run for this length of time. I would never have been able to do it without C25K.

Congratulations, welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

You are doing the right thing.......stick to the C25k workouts to avoid being tempted to do too much too soon, as suggested in this FAQ post about parkrun. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
