I have ran for twenty minutes non stop I cannot believe I have done it, I am so pleased. I love all the comments on here they have kept me going. I have read loads of them people enjoying there journey so thank you all. Have a great weekend I am looking forward to week 6, did I just say that, yes I did never thought I'd enjoy it as much as I do

Exciting, isn't it?

Stay nice and slow for W6R1 ...........it catches out more people than any other run in the programme.

Congratulations Lynz51 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
