It was a bit cool yesterday morning, with a gentle frost and a breeze. Certainly not as cold as Iceland, as we have seen from some great photos recently, so I was not complaining! It just makes the choice of layers a bit more of a lottery. I figured that if I was going for 25 minutes, less was probably more.
As it turned out, I got around fine, feeling good at the end and thoroughly warmed up from the exercise. Good to have this week ticked off and it is reassuring to know that I can tackle 25 minutes of running for going into week 7.
