First 10 mins. Lovely! Walk. Yep I’m doing good! Second 10 mins,… hhhhmmm, calf decided it wanted to have a chat with me and I had to slow down to walk. I had a calf strain 18 months ago, so I assume I’ve aggravated it or something? Felt so deflated as I’ve followed the plan religiously, but hoping this won’t set me back as the mind is willing, but the body is sadly saying no. 😔

Well, as we are not qualified to give medical advice all I am able to offer is thoughts...Are you warming up well before these longer runs and making sure that those muscles are ready to go. Calf muscles can be a real pain.
Have you twisted as you have been running or landed awkwardly? I landed awkwardly on a stone and twisted the calf muscles resulting in a minor tear... it took a while to heal, but heal it did,
The only thing to do is to rest up and maybe do a few gentle calf exercise. Any real pain though, do stop.
There are exercises for calf pain, but you need to take care.
