Did this run again today just to check it wasn't a fluke! I am 60 and recently retired and TBH my mental health has been proper stinging since I left work. Thanks to C25K for showing me I am not too old, decrepit, or that life is over for me. I feel like I can take on new challenges. I could not have done this without C25K and you all being there for me. Thank you so much ♥️♥️

Hi Cassandra61. Sounds like you are doing really well, and it was most certainly not a fluke 👍 It is good to hear that you are getting health benefits other than improved physical fitness.Best of luck with your progress. I am in week six, so not far ahead!

Definitely not a fluke Cassandra61 . Have your rest day, then go on to week 6 run 1. Be warned though, you might just find that C25K is only the beginning of your running adventures! 😄
