Just finished W4R1 and it was better than I expected. I admit that I was a bit apprehensive so last night I read a bunch of week 4 postings, most of which inspired me and boosted my confidence. I found it easier to get my rhythm on the 2nd five minute run than the first time around. For the next run I'll try and do an extra warm up to see if that makes it a bit easier at the beginning. I'm pretty surprised at how it all just happens - the hurdles aren't so big and the time jumps are doable. It's a matter of pacing and patience but it works. I'm giving myself a pat on the back. And thank you all for your postings....reading them is an inspiration and your encouragement to others is heart warming.....thank you.

Take it at your own pace, keep it slow and steady and simply enjoy it:)The programme is so beautifully structured to take you forward safely and gradually, that all you need to do is follow the plan... tryst it and believe in yourself
Huge well done!
