An update at the beginning of 2022; it's nearly nearly two years.

I'm still going and still seeing and feeling the benefits; have added a weight training session to my routine, (C25K, Rest day, Weight Training, Rest day, C25K) etc etc. If I feel a little over done I may award myself two/three rest days but always get back into the routine.

Body shape improved immensely and lost all muscle wastage in my arms/legs which makes me feel even better. A friend the other day said I walked just like a young lad!!

Priceless and so motivational.

Thanks to all you lovely people behind this programme for being there. So appreciated; Thank You.

Age is the number of times you have been around the sun and does not necessarily define us.

Well done on keeping up the habit.

Yes agree totally. Thank you for your ongoing support. Quite entertaining if you've seen those plots of how we travel around the centre of the milky way as well and then through the wider expanding universe. We're running much faster than we think. 😁😁
