After having Covid over a year ago and have long Covid been struggling tried running couple of weeks ago so thought go back to the start and see how it goes first run felt fine

Well done on your decision to start again!It's the best way to rebuild your fitness gently and progressively with minimum risk of injury, especially after covid and long covid .
