So run 2 of week 2 is next up on Friday. I’m starting to wonder what the schedule is for week 3 but probably better if I leave it as a surprise…. 😀 Also starting to peruse music options for good running songs. (Currently revisiting my youth with a Spirit of the West album which has certainly helped. )

Congratulations on starting C25K with week 1 and run 1 of week 2, the advice is not to look ahead at future weeks or runs and wait for the instructions from your coach, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2, 👍.

At the end of the day it's whatever works for you !
