Did week 4 and really struggled , started week 5 and I couldn't do it .should I do week 4 again to build it?

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.

Counterintuitively, it is an easy conversational pace running that builds your stamina and endurance, not fast running.

Say this sentence out loud to yourself "Am I going slow enough to enable me to speak this sentence in one out breath?" If you cannot, you are going too fast.

If you completed W4 then the next two workouts are actually shorter, so if you get your pace right it should not be a problem. This breakdown of W5 may help healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
