I’ve had 3 rest days (unheard of previously) but have decided to be kind to myself and will be very much enjoying another 30 minute run tomorrow- podcasts and kit all lined up but, here’s the thing, I actually do bloody love it. That’s really not me…. or it wasn’t….. but it is now! Keep at it folks as it becomes an enjoyable habit and, some time to yourself. Merry Christmas from a coucher who now runs xx
