I completed the couch 5k this morning and feel very proud of myself. I seriously doubted my ability to achieve this at the beginning, I hated running and had no stamina. I am surprised at how I have taken to running. I will do my best to keep it up.
To those new to couch to 5k, believe in your coach and the process and you will also achieve the couch to 5k challenge.
Thank you for all of your support on the way.

Many congratulations - this is a wonderful achievement. Extra points for finishing in the winter too. I finished mine in September and, like you, had no stamina and hated running before. Now I really love it - a whole new world has opened. Do follow the senior members' advice here, it makes a big difference. Keep consolidating, go slow, go steady and, believe me, your runs will become more and more enjoyable
Well done! It’s a real achievement! I’m still running nearly two and a half years on, 5K three times a week and I hope you stick with it too. You might not always feel like it (I know I don’t!) but the benefits far outweigh your reluctance to do it. Give yourself a big pat in the back!
