Week 6 Run 2 completed π Sneaky little bugger this one.
I actually found the 2nd 10 minutes easier than the 1st and got my pace up a little (my overall pace includes the 5 minute warm up and cool down walks but after this week I'm going to start my workout once the running section starts and change my app to Kilometres from Miles).
New knee support in place and hopefully helping the old joints!
