Great little moment this morning on my run not strictly c25k- a lady who I have seen running over the last few weeks was coming to the end of her run as I was coming the other way. I offered a “well done” at which she shouted “25 minutes without stopping YES” and punched the air !! No feeling like it is there

Keep running, keep smiling.
That’s just great to hear! Well done that lady, and well done you too 😁👍⭐️.
I did something very similar myself on the treadmill last Sunday 😀
After 5 weeks without a solitary run following Covid then the "super flu", I climbed hesitantly back on to the 'mill expecting the worst and surprised myself by completing a full 30 minutes in one hit 🏃♀️
Admittedly I'mmuch slower than before, but I did it and yelled YES at the top of my voice (in an empty gym Imight add!) as I was just so chuffed 🤣👍🤣
Sometimes, those small celebrations just have to done out loud it seems 😁😁😁
