Quick question

Now its getting cold, any advice on clothing ?

I have great trainer but unsure how many layers to wear and should i wear a hat >

Here's a helpful chart which could be a starting point. Everyone's different, so you'll probably adapt it to your own circumstances. Also, the chart doesn't take into account wind chill.

If you're feeling just a little bit chilly when setting out you've probably got the balance right and won't overheat when you're properly warmed up.
