An early Freedom Parkrun

Managed to get my freedom run in early as weather not forecast to be good by the end of the week. Still getting around in around 30 mins so pleased with that. As Saturdays now pretty much spent marshalling at the on the doorstep Parkrun. Hope everyone is doing ok and staying healthy. Fully flu jabbed and triple vaccined up here felt like a pin cushion last week giving blood and having blood tests. Still running and preparing for winter. Did a first street run last week as could not run in Park as a cross country event going on.

God bless the running vibes music list - it has drowned out my sometimes very loud gremlins on many occasions 😁
