Hi everyone. I just want to say thank you to IannodeTruffe and all the contributors for the information on here. If it helps anyone else, the getting started blog from Iannode was the one that helped me the most. I checked out the slow jog link with the elderly Japanese man and that really helped.
The breathing advice/counting in and out and alternating which foot landed on the out breath was a game changer; also not hitting the ground with my heels despite what Laura says on the podcast.
I've been using the 2012 podcast and have gone from really not liking the music to getting used to it and actually getting into a comfortable beat groove with it.
I had a big problem with the Week 6 Run 2 this morning. It cut off after 14 minutes?? I had to repeat it and lost a bit of momentum. I've checked this Sunday's Run 3 (Week 6) and it only lasts for 17 minutes, when I'm supposed to be doing a 25 minute run. (Not sure how or if I'll do it but the podcast issue cutting short is a problem for me before I even attempt it.)
I have the up to date version on my phone but it has no music and after listening to Laura's music for so long and getting the pace right, I don't think I can do it in silence. I have no music of my own on my phone or ipod and can't even think about learning how to upload music from CDs right now and especially not before Sunday.
Does anyone know how to get the Week 6 Run 3 and Run 2 downloaded in full?

Thanks for replying. I tried for quite a while to get the downloads from your link on my ancient ipod but it seems the operating system is probably too old for me to get google drive. It's the same reason I couldn't get the new silent/no music app on my ipod.I've managed to download some radio podcasts onto my phone so I guess I'll have to run with the silent version on my phone on Sunday and play these podcasts in the background. In Week 7 it looks like I have the full music version of the 2012 Laura podcast so I guess if I can get through the 'not looking forward to it 25 minutes Run 3' this week then I can go back to my ipod and Laura next week. Here's hoping!

Actually if it's unbearable I guess I could start again with my ipod and scroll backwards to hear the missing 13 minute run time. It's kind of what I did today with Run 2 which ended abruptly after 14 minutes total time. Not ideal but I think her music keeps me focussed even though I don't really like
No but I think it's me .That link doesn't suit the way I use my phone and what I access from it although I did try to get google drive on it just for this. I won't be attempting any more downloads on my phone from google.For me, the ipod is better and the full version if it was available would be ideal. Not to worry, I'll make W6R3 work another way. After the glitches in week 6's two runs I think it goes back to the full version for Week 7 onwards so if I can just get through this 25 minutes......
